Policy Advice and Advisory Roles
I am Research Advisor at the Rwanda Revenue Authority, where I provide advice on the trategic role of the research function ad work in close collaboration with the Research Team.
I am also part of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) of the Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT), whose role is to advise the TADAT Secretariat on technical aspects of the design and implementation of the diagnostic tool.
I am currently Chair of the Advisory Board of ICTD's Digitax research program.
